as simple as that

She is in there rocking him to sleep as I type. I hear the music gently playing. Jewel Lullaby, always. He won't take a nap for me anymore. But for Grams? Oh yes.

She is someone special.

Jack has been a bit under the weather these past two days and Grams has been right here to help. To rock Jack to sleep. To bring me coffee, lunch, and dinner. To watch 'The Voice' with. To do the dishes. An extra pair of hands. Grandparents are such a blessing and I am so thankful that Jack gets that special relationship in his life.

The other day I was thinking about how it makes me feel to know that others care so much about my boy. Whether it be Grandparents, friends, or therapists... basically, I love watching others love on my boy. As simple as that.

Bea does the same bull-donkey when her grandparents come to visit. Then I look like a crazy lady because my child sleeps like an angel! Rascals!

I just read through every post from the day Jack was born and wow. What an amazing story you have!!

My daughter is a miracle of a baby that we adopted from Taiwan and brought home FINALLY in June of this year.

Blessings to your family!
