Sleep is good for you, Jack.

Things are slowing down after a busy few days. I'm really crossing my fingers that Jack will want to nap today so mommy can get some work done. If you follow us on Facebook, you may have seen a this picture I posted late yesterday afternoon.

Mr. No Nap Jack made an appearance and if this picture doesn't show you how Jack was acting as a result of the no nap, this FB comment sure does - "It's the "too tired to care" and "I didn't mean to" all rolled into one :)"

Exactly. Toy bomb explosion took place and Jack was TIRED.

He kept on playing and reading, though. When I don't get enough rest, I try my hardest to curl up in the fetal position on the couch and never, ever leave.

Not Jack. That little tongue comes out concentrating and he's determined to play, play, play.

Wish me luck, ya'll. Time to get this boy asleep.

oh yeah - ya'll are heading into that age of nap today, no nap tomorrow. Ryan has gone longer than the big three did with the naps...but they are coming fewer and father between. I know he needs one, I know I need him to have one (so I can have a moments peace) but most days - he's not reading the nap memos that i send!!!! hang in there!!!

I'm so glad to see that my house isn't the only one which looks like a bomb exploded inside of it. Right now, I've given up trying to tidy Bea's things before my husband comes home... she just trails behind pulling it right back out. *Sigh* One day, I will have a clean home... it may not be for another 18 years, but someday it WILL happen :)
