Little Christmas Party

I had no idea how Jack would act at his very first little Christmas party. The plan was to meet up with some friends and put together gingerbread houses. I knew Jack probably wouldn't sit long for this activity, but I still wanted him to be around other little people.

Can I just say how it still feels odd having him out during the wintertime? I have to remind myself constantly that it's OK now. I'm not breaking any rules. It's such a monumental shift when you can leave RSV isolation behind.

So now to what you really came to see... pictures of our little Christmas party.

Happy kids.

CHEESE!

Beautiful kids.

Tired kids.

Yep, Jack fell asleep about 30 minutes into the party... then proceeded to sleep for two hours!

He missed out.

And finally, a lunch break.

Our little Christmas party was fun and the gingerbread houses turned out great!

Maybe next year Jack will be awake for it.

That is adorable... You finally get to the point where you are able to attend gatherings with other kiddos and he naps... That is priceless!

Loved seeing all of these photos!! Jack was so stinkin' cute, even if he missed out on gingerbread fun.

Loved everyone of the pictures. I think we may have to have an annual gingerbread house party. So much fun!
